St. George's College, a premier all-boys residential school in Mussoorie, invites proposals from experienced and reputed catering service providers for the provision of daily meals and refreshments for students and staff.
Scope of Work:
Provision of breakfast, lunch, morning snacks for staff, evening snacks and dinner on all working days
Ensuring high standards of hygiene, taste and nutrition
Ability to cater to a diverse dietary requirement (vegetarian, non-vegetarian)
Occasional special menus for school events or celebrations
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional or large-scale catering (boarding schools, colleges or corporate setups preferred)
FSSAI Certification and compliance with local food safety standards
Well-trained kitchen and serving staff
Ability to manage catering for approx. 700 students and 100 staff daily
Capacity to manage on-site cooking and service within school premises
Proposal Should Include:
Company profile and experience
Sample menu cycles (weekly/monthly)
Pricing per student per day (breakdown for meals)
Hygiene practices followed
Reference letters from existing/past clients (preferably educational institutions)
