Job Title Boarding Associate

What does a successful Boarding Associate do at FISERV?

The primary focus of this role is to support in ensuring that the on boarding of new customers is carried out in line with regulatory-compliant company Policy, Procedures and SLAs, and will complete due diligence on new and existing customers.

What will you do:

• Performing KYC documentation review and capturing data elements in core platform for on-boarding merchant accounts

• Organizing your case load so that all items are done in the correct order and a timely fashion.

• Preparation of MIS, reports and SOP\'s documentation

• Requires frequent collaboration and correspondence with merchants, card associations and internal stakeholders

What will you need to know:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required; 3-5 years of applicable experience in Customer Onboarding, KYC processes

• Case management and production skills are extremely desired

• Strong written communication skills and ability to comprehend regulatory guidelines related to KYC, AML
