Job Description

Knowledge of PCB assembly process Basic soldering skills Ability to identify electronic components Experience in board testing support (added advantage) Understanding of ESD precautions ITI / Diploma (Electronics, EEE) - Preferred Freshers to 3 years experience acceptable Patience, focus, and good hand-eye coordination PCB board assembly and component fixing Soldering of through-hole and SMD components Reading basic circuit diagrams for assembly Component identification (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.) Visual inspection of PCB boards before & after assembly Rework and touch-up soldering if required Maintaining ESD safety while handling electronic components Final board testing support Packaging and labeling of finished boards Reporting daily production status to the supervisor
