Roles & Responsibilities :- Interacting with clients over call/chat/email- Responsible for generating repeat orders from existing clients- Coordinate with internal departments and process the orders on time- Make daily weekly and monthly reports- Regular follow-up with assigned clients for pending payments- Make client\'s orders flow reports and maintain the same time-to-time- Provide solutions to the client regarding their issues/complaints- Escalate client complaints to the concerned department and management- Provide the best servicing experience to clients and resolve their concerns within TAT- Responsible for Day-to-day operation part and ensured updating system/CRM accordingly- Manage repeat order cycles client-wiseDesired Skills and Experience :- MS Office knowledge especially Excel- Good communication Skills- Should have experience in the operation part (ref:updazz.com)
