to join our team . The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, evidence-based, and personalized naturopathic medical care, including consultations, treatment plans, and wellness programs. A significant part of this role involves
teaching and training
students, patients, and staff in the principles and practices of
Yoga, Naturopathy, and Acupuncture
. Excellent English communication skills are essential for both clinical practice and educational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Practice & Consultation
Conduct thorough initial assessments and follow-up consultations to evaluate patients' health, lifestyle, and medical history.
Formulate individualized, integrative treatment plans using various naturopathic modalities, including
Diet and Clinical Nutrition, Hydrotherapy, Mud Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Naturopathic Counseling, and Acupuncture
.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.
Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.
2. Education & Training
Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on
Yoga, Naturopathy, and Acupuncture
for different audiences (e.g., students, patients, corporate groups).
Create educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and online content.
Provide practical demonstrations and instruction in various yogic techniques (asanas, pranayama, meditation, kriyas) and naturopathic treatments.
Mentor and supervise junior staff or students as required.
3. Professionalism & Communication
Maintain a high level of
fluency and proficiency in English
for clear and professional communication in written documentation, teaching, and patient interaction.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals (allopathic, ayurvedic, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
Actively participate in professional development activities and contribute to clinical research or case studies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Degree:
Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (
BNYS
) from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven clinical practice
experience as a BNYS Doctor post-internship.
Teaching Skill:
Demonstrated
teaching experience
in the practical and theoretical aspects of
Yoga, Naturopathy, and Acupuncture
.
Language:
Excellent command of the English language
(both written and verbal) for professional and educational purposes.
