We are seeking a qualified and passionate
BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences)
or
BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery)
Doctor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide holistic, evidence-based patient care, conduct consultations, prepare treatment plans, and support our integrative healthcare model. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, professionalism, and a patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations, take detailed case histories, and perform clinical assessments.
Diagnose health conditions using naturopathic/homeopathic principles and standard clinical guidelines.
Formulate personalized treatment plans, including homeopathic remedies, naturopathy therapies, diet & lifestyle modifications, or yoga-based interventions (as applicable).
Maintain accurate medical records, case notes, and follow-up documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, dietitians, wellness coaches, etc.) for comprehensive patient management.
Educate patients on preventive health, wellness practices, nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle changes.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with medical ethics, legal requirements, and clinic/hospital protocols.
Participate in health camps, wellness programs, workshops, or online consultations if required.
Qualifications
BNYS or BHMS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid registration/license from the respective medical council/board.
Clinical experience (0-2 years); freshers with strong knowledge and communication skills are welcome.
Knowledge of holistic medicine, lifestyle management, yoga therapy, naturopathy modalities, or homeopathic case-taking.
Proficiency in patient counseling, rapport building, and clinical documentation.
The selected candidate must sign a 1-year employment agreement, confirming commitment to work with the organization for a minimum period of 12 months.
The selected candidate must submit their original educational certificates for verification and safe-keeping.
