Perform routine checks, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, lighting, and other automated systems.

Use the BMS software to monitor system performance, adjust variables, and analyze data to improve energy efficiency.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems with control and monitoring systems, which can include issues with alarms, sensors, and controllers.

Renovate and replace faulty equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance.

Record system values and maintain logs to build a database for analysis and reporting.
