Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

BMS Supervisor

to oversee and manage the Building Management System (BMS) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Electronics Engineering and a solid background as a BMS Operator. The role involves supervising BMS activities, ensuring efficient building automation system operations, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Building Management System (BMS). Monitor and control HVAC, lighting, fire alarm systems, energy management systems, and other automated building services. Analyze system data, perform diagnostics, and resolve technical issues related to the BMS. Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of building systems. Coordinate with the technical team and external vendors for system maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate logs of system performance and incidents. Conduct regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and calibration of equipment. Implement and enforce safety and operational standards. Provide training and guidance to BMS Operators and technical team members.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum

4 years of experience as a BMS Operator or Supervisor

. Educational background in

Electronics Engineering (Diploma/Degree)

. Strong technical knowledge of BMS software platforms, controllers, and hardware systems. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities. Knowledge of energy management, HVAC control systems, fire safety systems, and automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX) is an advantage.
