Responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets for Omicron Sensing's Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions and HVAC product sales
Identify potential clients across industries such as commercial, industrial, and residential real estate, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders like architects, contractors, and consultant .
Provide product demonstrations, consultations, and tailored recommendations to clients based on their specific BMS needs and requirements.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits and features of BMS products and solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors' offerings, and emerging technologies in the building automation sector.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
Handle client queries, objections, and technical concerns effectively, offering timely and accurate solutions.
Represent Omicron Sensing at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's BMS solutions and HVAC.
Proactively monitor client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.
Ensure timely follow-ups and communication to maintain positive client relationships and meet deadlines.
Travel as required for client meeting and industry events.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
