We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales for our IBMS and BMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in building automation, HVAC controls, and security systems, with the ability to develop leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in BMS/IBMS (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, access control, CCTV).
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
Understand client needs and provide tailored automation solutions.
Prepare proposals and support pre/post-sales activities.
Meet assigned sales targets and maintain CRM records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in BMS/IBMS or building automation sales.
Knowledge of systems like Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, etc.
