to monitor, operate, and support the Building Management System to ensure smooth and efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, and other integrated building services.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and operating
BMS / IBMS systems
on a daily basis
Continuous monitoring of
HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, PAC units
Monitoring
electrical systems
such as DG sets, UPS, panels, and power distribution
Monitoring
fire alarm, PA, access control, and CCTV systems
(if integrated)
Identifying alarms, faults, and abnormalities and informing concerned teams
Coordinating with HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing teams for issue resolution
Logging alarms, events, and system performance data
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly
BMS reports
Supporting preventive maintenance activities through BMS data
Ensuring proper operation as per SOPs and safety standards
Escalating critical alarms as per escalation matrix
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of
BMS / IBMS software
Understanding of HVAC and electrical systems
Ability to read system trends, alarms, and graphics
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred:
Experience in
IT Parks, data centers, malls, hospitals
Knowledge of
Siemens / Honeywell / Schneider / Johnson Controls BMS
Exposure to
energy management and trend analysis
Salary:
As per company standards (Based on experience)
