Monitor all building systems through the BMS (HVAC, ventilation, pumps, lighting, elevators, water supply, FAHU/AHU, etc.).
Maintain optimal system performance by adjusting control parameters as needed.
Respond promptly to BMS alarms and take corrective actions.
Perform daily system checks and record data logs, trends, and reports.
Respond to emergency situations such as system failures, power outages, and fire alarms.
Assist in testing and maintaining fire alarm integration, smoke control, and emergency systems.
