Job Description

Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to join our team as a CCTV and Access Control Helpdesk Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first?line support for issues related to CCTV systems, access control systems, and associated security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for all CCTV and Access control support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR/VMS systems, and Access control systems (e.g., badge readers, door controllers). Monitor system health and proactively identify and escalate critical issues. Provide basic remote configuration support for surveillance and access systems. Maintain and update documentation related to system configuration, procedures, and issue resolution. Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware replacements, updates, or repairs. Assist in onboarding/offboarding users for access control permissions. Generate and provide access reports as needed by management or security teams. Coordinate scheduled maintenance and system upgrades with minimal disruption to operations. Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Diploma/Degree in ITI, Electronics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role (CCTV/access control experience preferred). Familiarity with common CCTV systems (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, Pelco Video management software) and access control platforms (e.g., Lenel, Honeywell, HID, ID Cube). Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, PoE, routers/switches). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support tickets efficiently. Customer service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:



Certification in security systems or networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Milestone Certified, Genetec, CCNA). Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk). Exposure to integrated building management or security systems.

Working Conditions:



Office-based with occasional on-site troubleshooting. May require off-hours support in case of critical system failures. Exposure to sensitive or confidential information; discretion is essential.

Contract length: 15 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
