Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible BMS Operator to monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the efficient operation of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The BMS Operator will be responsible for maintaining optimal environmental conditions within the facility and quickly responding to system alerts, alarms, or failures.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control building systems through the BMS, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, elevators, water pumps, and other utilities.

Identify and respond promptly to system faults, alarms, and operational anomalies.

Log system performance, faults, and maintenance activities accurately.

Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Perform daily system health checks and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.

Assist in testing and commissioning of BMS equipment during upgrades or new installations.

Ensure compliance with safety, energy efficiency, and operational standards.

Maintain documentation of BMS procedures, user manuals, and daily reports.

Support energy-saving initiatives by monitoring and analyzing system data.

Attend training sessions and stay updated on system enhancements and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
