Job Description
:
Monitor all BMS screens and ensure continuous operation of HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, water supply, and other automated systems.
Acknowledge and act promptly on alarms and faults displayed on the BMS.
Maintain proper log sheets for system parameters and events. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve any equipment malfunction reported through the BMS.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist engineers in diagnosing control and system issues.
Prepare shift reports and share them with the engineering team and management * Report abnormalities or system failures to the Maintenance Engineer immediately.
Hands-on experience with BMS software (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.)
Knowledge of HVAC, AHU, chillers, electrical panels, and fire alarm systems.
Basic computer skills for data logging and reporting.
