You'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety and safety of our products and developing the testing plans. We're looking to add key members who will be strong team players and will be responsible for maximizing our testing team potential. The role would be based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute Design Validation Plans (DVP/DVPR) for battery packs and BMS.
Perform functional, electrical, and safety testing of Li-ion battery systems.
Validate battery performance across parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, and protection logic.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures and document findings with corrective actions.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, reports, and logs.
Troubleshoot issues at circuit, component, and system level during testing and validation.
Provide structured test feedback to design, firmware, and systems teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation strategies.
Support continuous improvement in test methodologies, tools, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / ECE.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in battery testing, BMS, or power electronics validation.
Strong understanding of Li-ion battery chemistries (LFP, NMC) and battery safety mechanisms.
Experience with CAN / RS485 communication and tools such as PCAN.
Hands-on proficiency with lab equipment including:
Multimeters
Digital Storage Oscilloscopes (DSO)
Resistance and insulation measurement tools
Good understanding of power electronics components (MOSFETs, diodes, relays, protection circuits).
Ability to perform DVP execution, test analysis, and RCA.
Strong analytical skills with clear and structured documentation abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
