Omicron Sensing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and technically sound
Sales Engineer
to promote and sell our
HVAC Sensors, Controllers, and Building Management System (BMS) solutions
. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HVAC/BMS applications and experience in technical sales, especially across Pharma, Data Center, Chemical, and Commercial Building sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities for Omicron's range of
HVAC field sensors, and BMS Products
.
Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative and solution-based selling.
Follow up on leads, generate inquiries, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Client & Consultant Engagement
Develop relationships with
HVAC & BMS consultants, HVAC contractors, BMS system integrators, OEMs
, and end users.
Conduct product demos, technical discussions, and presentations to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Product & Application Expertise
Promote Omicron's product line:
Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, CO? Sensors
Actuators, Controllers, Flow & Level Sensors
BMS Integration Devices
Collaborate with internal technical teams to offer tailored solutions based on project specs.
Project & Market Intelligence
Track key upcoming projects in Pharma, Datacenters, Commercial, and Industrial segments.
Gather competitor information and industry trends to adjust the sales strategy.
Quotation & Proposal Management
Prepare accurate
technical offers, BOQs, and quotations
aligned with customer requirements and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain updated records of opportunities, meetings, and client discussions in CRM.
Submit regular reports and sales forecasts to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
.
2-4 years of sales experience in
HVAC or BMS products
.
Strong understanding of field devices used in BMS and HVAC systems.
Good communication and negotiation skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience selling to
Pharma, Cleanroom, Data Center, or Commercial Building
projects.
Familiarity with system integrators and consultants in the BMS space.
Exposure to product lines similar to
Belimo, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell
is an advantage.
Work Conditions:
Field-based role with regular site visits and client interactions.
Occasional travel for exhibitions, events, or project meetings.
