The BMS Engineer is responsible for installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), preferably
Honeywell systems
. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of BMS panels, field devices, and site execution, along with coordination with clients and project teams.
Responsibilities:
Installation, testing, and commissioning of
Honeywell BMS systems
HVAC integration:
AHU, FCU, Chillers, VAV, VRF
Reading and understanding
BMS & AutoCAD drawings
Panel wiring, field device installation, and troubleshooting
Client coordination and site execution
Support testing, commissioning, and handover documentation
Requirements:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation)
3-5 years experience
in Honeywell BMS
Knowledge of
BACnet / Modbus
Good communication and site coordination skills
