Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated

BMS Engineer

with a strong background in Electrical Engineering and at least

2 years of hands-on experience

in Building Management Systems. The role involves the operation, maintenance, and optimization of BMS to ensure energy-efficient and reliable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and commission BMS and control systems for HVAC, lighting, and other facility systems. Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of BMS hardware and software. Monitor system performance and respond to alarms and faults in a timely manner. Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical teams for system integration and upgrades. Ensure BMS systems comply with safety regulations, energy standards, and building codes. Maintain and update BMS software, control logic, graphics, and trend logs. Generate reports on system performance and contribute to energy-saving initiatives. Support facility audits and provide technical insights for system enhancements. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for BMS installation and servicing.

Qualifications:

Education:

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

from a recognized university or institute.

Experience:

Minimum of

2 years of experience

in BMS engineering, building automation, or control systems.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Tridium Niagara. Good understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, and field devices (sensors, actuators, etc.). Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols. Basic knowledge of networking and SCADA systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
