We are looking for a

BMS & Automation Engineer

to support and execute

Building Management System (BMS) and automation projects

. The role involves installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems.

Freshers with relevant education and interest in automation are encouraged to apply

, while experienced candidates will be responsible for leading projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

BMS & Automation Systems

Execute BMS and automation projects from installation to commissioning. Work on

Honeywell Trend

,

Honeywell WEBs

, and

Honeywell Experion

platforms. Assist in BMS panel installation, controller configuration, and field device integration. Develop and modify control logic, graphics, and system programming (as per experience level). Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Interface BMS with HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, Chillers, VAV, Pumps, etc.).
Project & Site Activities

Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors. Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants. Prepare commissioning checklists, test reports, and as-built documentation. Support project handover and client training.
Maintenance & Support

Diagnose and rectify system faults. Provide technical support during warranty and AMC periods. Assist in system upgrades and expansions.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation / Mechatronics Engineering

or related field.
Experience

Freshers

with basic BMS/automation knowledge are welcome.

0-5 years

experience in BMS and automation systems preferred.
Technical Skills

Knowledge or exposure to:

Honeywell Trend

Honeywell WEBs

Honeywell Experion

Basic understanding of: HVAC systems and controls Sensors, actuators, VFDs, and control panels Networking fundamentals (BACnet, Modbus - advantage) Ability to read electrical and control drawings.
Added Advantages

Experience in BMS programming and graphics development. Knowledge of automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks). Exposure to energy management or system integration. On-site commissioning experience.
Soft Skills

Willingness to learn and grow in automation field. Good communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently (for experienced candidates).
