JOB DESCRIPTION

Installation the BMS Application and configure the entire BMS Network including Servers, Workstations, Controllers, IO Modules etc.

Development of Control Programs and development of graphics design for Building Automation projects

Installation & Configuration of the Network Switches & Routers at DDC level

Create and maintain BMS documentation including IO List, Panel Drawings, Functional design (FDS) and Software Test Documents (SAT, FAT etc)

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software/hardware issues on installed Building Automation Systems

Diagnose communication problems with control devices and other components.

Perform software preventative maintenance on installed Building Automation and Energy Management Systems.

Develop and enforce software standards and processes.

Conform to project site safety and housekeeping requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree/master's degree in engineering.

Good understanding of HVAC, Building Automation, Power & Energy Management etc

Proficient in Schneider Electric EBO Metasys (Johnson Controls) BMS Application.

Well versed in protocols like BACnet, MODBUS etc.

Excellent communication skills

Good understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and symbols

Proficient in software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Basic IT troubleshooting skills.

Candidates for Wizard Engineering PTE LTD Singapore. Visa and Relocation assistance will be provided.

Pay: From ?250,000.00 per month
