The opportunity We’re looking for Document Specialist professionals for our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.
Your key responsibilities

• Effectively produce projects with speed and accuracy to meet deadlines
• Type, format, check mathematical accuracy, and spell checks all types of documents and templates
• Effectively utilize styles, master pages and templates
• Reconcile revisions, checks punctuation, spelling, and formatting
• Import graphical and data images into documents
• Perform CSG standard electronic file management and archiving
• Proficient and remain up to date with software tools and equipment required of the position, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Outlook, etc.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in text, graphic files, and printing
• Share knowledge among team members regarding the use of master pages, style sheets, and firm-standard formatting in word processing functions
• Effectively participate as a team player in planning, scheduling, and production
• Assists with training new Document Specialist on policies, procedures, and functions
• Interface with CSG staff for best use of resources and abilities
• Knows, applies, and coaches others in firm-standard formatting and EY signature.
• Understand and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by EY Visual Identity (VI) and branding guidelines
• Utilizes the SD Plus tool/web-based database to ensure all time and materials are billed correctly; project instructions and client interactions are fully documented

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2-5 years into reviewing documents
• MS Office – PowerPoint/Word/Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in Adobe InDesign
