- BMC Truesight Admin (L2 Level) Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral competency)

Must Have :

Prinicples of BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation,Upgrade,integration,Administration,configuration (Especially with version 10.x & later) Good experience in installation of Patrol Agents on Windows,RHEL,AIX,Solaris OS Basics in working on knowledge modules like DB,Websphere,Exchange,Sentry hardware,Sentry monitoring studio etc. along with basic KMs like OS,LOG,URL Good to have working knowledge of custom KMs Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent, TrueSight server compoenent issues Knowledge in Event Management policy Administration,configuration Working knowledge of MRLs,custom classes Knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure components, Unix, Windows OS,Virtualization
Good to Have :

Infrastructure knowledge on Operating system and Database Good communication skills set, Understand and clear communication to the business on impact of major incidents Excellent problem analysis skill set

Certtification on TrueSight
