Your Role

Manage and monitor batch processes using BMC Control-M. Provide L2 support for batch scheduling and job execution. Develop and maintain automation scripts to optimize batch workflows. Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and maintain accurate documentation.

Your Profile

4+ years of experience in batch scheduling and scripting. Hands-on experience with Control-M and automation scripting (Shell, Python, etc.). Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2/N3 (preferred). Understanding of ITSM, compliance, and documentation standards.
