Control-M Batch and Scheduling

o Strong knowledge of BMC Control-M architecture (batch job management and scheduling, GUI & EM).
o Hands-on experience in job scheduling, troubleshooting, and batch flow analysis.
o Good understanding of UNIX, Linux, Windows, and basic scripting (Shell/Batch).
o Support deployment and release activities, including onboarding new jobs and validating batch executions.
o Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational manuals for batch processes.
o Participate in on-call rotations to handle production incidents and escalations.
o Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
o Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
o Knowledge of automation tools or scripting languages (Python, Shell).
o Exposure to advanced Control-M features such as Automation API, Self-Service, or Job-as-Code.
o Control-M Advanced Scheduling certification is a plus.
