Introduction:

The role will form part of the PA&C Business Management team within the Delivery sub service supporting the People Analytics & Culture TC. a, In PA&C, there are a range of Business Management and Service Management activities, with this role having a specific focus on supporting service management, colleague engagement, management information, HR ExCo reporting, high profile projects/activity and governance environment across the People Analytics & Culture TC. The role holder will also have an opportunity to expand into other areas of business and project management.

What will you be doing?

aAEURAa, a, a, Partnering with the PA&C sub-service leads, their teams and the other HR Transaction Cycles, as required
aAEURAa, a, a, General support for Business Management special projectsa,
aAEURAa, a, a, Maintenance of headcount requests, vacancy management and financial budgeting and forecasting
aAEURAa, a, a, Provide support to the Risk and Control Lead to manage day to day risk and control activity across the TC including attestations, risk and issue management and the annual RCSA process

Business Managementa,
aAEURAa, a, a, Co-ordination and management of regular reporting requirements from the Business Management Team e.g. Offsites, LT meetings etca,
aAEURAa, a, a, Co-ordination and production of PA&C deliverables including both external and internal Quarterly Business Reviews, delivered to a high standard of accuracy and precision as well as appropriate positioning for the audience
aAEURAa, a, a, Manage the PA&C Governance Framework ensuring appropriate documentation in place and teams are held accountable for delivering actions/objectivesa,
aAEURAa, a, a, Manage the operation of the cyclical people processes for PA&C, including mandatory training reminders and ensuring that commitments and timelines are met
aAEURAa, a, a, Coordination and support the delivery of the PA&C Communication & Engagement Plan in collaboration with the PA&C Leadership Team

Service Performancea,
aAEURAa, a, a, Support the Business Manager in the development of the PA&C approach to a, Service Performance reporting a, working closely with the PA&C a, Business Manager and the sub service leads to ensure the effective design and a, operation of a, KPIs and reporting for internal and external service reviews
aAEURAa, a, a, Co-ordination and production of PA&C service reporting including KPIs and risk and control reporting for inclusion in the quarterly HR and business review forumsa,

Cost Managementa,
aAEURAa, a, a, To support the Business Manager and Head of Delivery with:
a, a, a, oa, a, a, Management of an efficient and robustly controlled aAEURA~golden sourceaAEURA(TM) data, cost centre management analysis and interpretation of financial performance
a, a, a, oa, a, a, Management of budgeting (internal and external spend) and forecasting activities, collaborating with others such as HR and Finance to execute these activities.
a, a, a, oa, a, a, Working with the Finance Business Partner to ensure that regular reporting provided to ensure effective monitoring of actual costs & FTE vs budget and explaining any variances

Risk & Control and Data Governancea,
aAEURAa, a, a, Support the Records Owner as Record Coordinator to ensure PA&C adherence to Records Management Policy and Standards
aAEURAa, a, a, Support the Risk and Control lead in facilitating the annual RCSA (Risk & Controls Self-Assessment) between the PA&C LT and HR CCO
aAEURAa, a, a, Support the Risk and Control Lead with tracking progress on all open risks and issues and providing timely updates to HR CCOa,
aAEURAa, a, a, Support the Risk and Control Lead with annual Blueworks attestation including updates to sub service process mapsa,
