Key Responsibilities

Lead overall

branch business performance

across CASA, Retail Assets, Gold Loans & Third-Party Products. Ensure smooth

branch operations

, including audit, compliance, and regulatory adherence. Drive

customer acquisition

, enhance service quality & ensure timely issue resolution. Manage

P&L, productivity, cross-sell

, and branch profitability. Build and mentor a high-performing team; ensure capability development and goal alignment. Maintain

branch security, cash management, and operational control

Candidate Requirements

3-7 years

experience in

Retail/Branch Banking

. Strong exposure in

CASA acquisition, Liability Sales, Gold Loan, TPP & local market knowledge

. Proven track record of

team handling

, target achievement & customer management. Strong communication, leadership and operational excellence skills.
