About the Company :

BluPine Energy Private Limited is a renewable energy platform established by Actis (AE5 Infrastructure fund) to develop and execute renewable energy projects in India. AE5 fund has a total equity commitment of up to US$ 800 million for BluPine Energy. The company is based out of Gurgaon.

:

- The team has the responsibility of preparing and maintaining the financial model(s) for all the operating SPVs of the group as well as the proposed investment pipeline projects. It would also include evaluating the equity returns for the investors and analyzing the performance of the operating assets with respect to the initial investment case.

- Job requires ownership of the consolidated model of BluPine Group and updating the same on quarterly basis to actualize the performance of the operating assets.

- This would include performing sensitivities and IRR analysis. This also entails liaising with business teams, asset management teams and the investors.

- Additionally, the role would require evaluation of organic and inorganic opportunities. It would include liaising with business teams to understand the underlying business assumptions, making the financial models, performing scenario analysis, running various sensitivities in the model.

Academic Qualifications : CA or Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA/CFA/FRM desirable

Experience :

- 1-3 years of experience

- Experience of working with Financial Models is a must

- Experience with infrastructure sector/ renewable energy companies is preferred but not mandatory

- High EQ team player with strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
