to lead our on-ground hiring efforts for blue-collar roles. This position is heavily field-oriented and requires someone who is proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working outside the office to build a strong pipeline of workers such as delivery riders, laundry attendants, production staff, and other operational team members.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to local markets, labour hubs, institutes, and communities to source candidates
Screen and shortlist candidates through on-the-spot interviews
Build and maintain a reliable network for continuous manpower sourcing
Coordinate walk-ins and ensure candidate attendance for interviews
Maintain an active pipeline for urgent and ongoing hiring needs
Collaborate with the HR team to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets
Prepare and maintain daily reports of field activities and closures
Requirements
Prior experience in
blue-collar or volume hiring
preferred
Strong field presence and willingness to travel extensively (70-80% of the day)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful
Ability to manage conversations with candidates from diverse backgrounds
Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance will be provided)
