Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
entire recruitment cycle
for blue-collar roles such as drivers, delivery executives, warehouse staff, technicians, operators, etc.
Source candidates through various channels -- job portals, field sourcing, vendor management, social media, referrals, and local community outreach.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks.
Coordinate with
operations and HR teams
to understand manpower requirements and hiring targets.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
Drive
mass hiring campaigns
and job fairs in partnership with local employment offices and training institutes.
Track and report hiring metrics such as daily closures, joining ratio, and attrition trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
2-4 years
of proven experience in
blue-collar or volume hiring
.
Strong sourcing network and vendor management experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia).
Flexibility to travel locally for recruitment drives when needed.
Preferred Background:
Experience in industries such as
logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce, facility management, or retail

Knowledge of local labor markets and regional hiring practices.
