Job Title:Blue Yonder (WMS/SCPO/Assortment planning) Job location:PAN India : \'A graduate degree in in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 5-7 years of experience in JDA retail solutions In-depth knowledge of SCPO architecture, JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment functionality Knowledge of Channel Clustering & Size Scaling, Strategic pricing, Promotion and Markdown management is an added advantage Broad knowledge of the entire supply chain cycle Knowledge on Unix Shell Scripting, PL/SQL Programming Knowledge on Job Scheduling i.e., Automic/Control-M and good to have expertise with service management tools like Service Now Roles & Responsibilities Understanding of Batch monitoring and RCA and resolution Resolving tickets in timely manner within SLA. Interface level troubleshooting between various upstream and downstream systems. Good understanding of integration with various applications. Collaborates with Service Desk, Enterprise Solutions and other Operations Support Teams to extend the support capabilities of the JDA platform. Provides support expertise in establishing processes and procedures to ensure standards are followed. Develops and documents standard operating procedures (SOP) - KMDB, best practices and support documentation where required. BY WMS Application Analyst&Senior Consultant Experience: A graduate degree in in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field 5-10 years of experience in JDA retail solutions In-depth knowledge BY WMS (descrete) product, WMS operations (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, allocation etc) Must have hands on experience in MOCA, PL/SQL, configurations Prior experience in support, job monitoring, ticket handling, bug fixes, Knowledge of labels, reports, page builder, integrator broad knowledge of the entire supply chain cycle Knowledge on Job Scheduling i.e. Automic/Control-M and good to have expertise with service management tools like Service Now.
