Job Title: Blue Yonder ESP (Solution Architect / Senior Consultant)
Experience: 7 10 Years
Work Mode: Remote
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end solutions using Blue Yonder ESP to optimize supply chain operations.
Understand business requirements and existing processes; draft requirements, design solutions, support IT development, user testing, implementation, change management, and hyper-care.
Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business needs.
Support functional and technical teams by identifying test cases aligned with functional designs and assisting project teams during implementation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and validate business scenarios for testing.
Identify opportunities to automate and enhance business processes and systems.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to meet expectations.
Conduct system integrations with ERP systems as required.
Develop and deliver training sessions for business users.
Required Qualifications:
7 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant with strong focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and industry best practices.
Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder ESP modules.
Strong understanding of database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, systems development, and SDLC.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Blue Yonder ESP certification(s) preferred.
