Key Responsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar / frontline roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and walk-ins
Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
Maintain daily hiring tracker and recruitment MIS
Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation
Coordinate with operations and HR teams for manpower requirements
Ensure target-based closures within timelines
Handle candidate queries related to salary, shift, and location
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience
in blue-collar or bulk hiring
Experience in logistics, retail, warehouse, or FMCG hiring preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
