Position: Field Recruiter(BLue Collar Recruiter)

Job responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Responsible for planning and execution of prospecting efforts towards lead generation through various outbound channels like poster activity, outbound campaigns, mass open houses, job fairs, social events, referrals of on-boarded candidates, college activity etc.
xc2xb7 Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring
xc2xb7 Build candidate pool/bench strength ensuring minimum onboarding of 30 per month from this channel.
xc2xb7 In addition, support the Recruitment and HR team to build a network to attract candidates and build a strong on ground presence
xc2xb7 Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring
xc2xb7 Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge
xc2xb7 Should be able to communicate in Local language
xc2xb7 Mass recruitment; Blue collar hiring
Requirements
Experience in Blue collar Hiring,
Experience in Bulk Hiring
ownership Android phone + Own Bike
xc2xb7 Functional Regional language (Ability to speak & read) is a must
xc2xb7 Functional English (Ability to speak & read) is preferred
xc2xb7 Mass recruitment of field executives work experience is preferred
