to manage end-to-end recruitment for factory-based roles including machine operators, helpers, packers, technicians, drivers, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in bulk hiring, local sourcing, and coordination with contract agencies and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements from production and admin departments at the factory.
Source suitable candidates through local channels, referrals, placement agencies, job portals, and walk-ins.
Conduct initial screenings, document verifications, and schedule interviews with concerned departments.
Manage hiring for roles such as machine operators, helpers, warehouse staff, loading/unloading staff, etc.
Coordinate onboarding formalities, including ID creation, attendance system setup, and joining kits.
Maintain records of hiring activities, attrition, and headcount reports.
Liaise with local contractors and staffing partners for bulk or temporary hiring.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and code of conduct during recruitment.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment (FMCG/Manufacturing sector preferred).
Familiarity with local talent sourcing in Bahadurgarh and nearby areas.
Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi fluency required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
Preferably male candidates familiar with factory HR/recruitment processes.
