Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various warehouse positions through job portals, local networks, references, and field recruitment.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule walk-ins or interviews at the site.
Coordinate daily hiring activities including mobilizing candidates, documentation collection, and onboarding.
Maintain hiring trackers, daily dashboards, and MIS reports for leadership review.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet urgent and high-volume hiring demands.
Liaise with operations, HR, and business managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Ensure candidate documents (Aadhar, bank details, vaccination proof, etc.) are complete before onboarding.
Conduct local area visits, market mapping, and village recruitment drives when required.
Handle attrition replacement hiring and maintain a healthy manpower count at the warehouse.
