Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

multilayer blown film extrusion machines

(3-layer/5-layer/7-layer, etc.) Set up the machine including

die, air ring, cooling system, haul-off, winder

etc., as per job requirements Adjust machine parameters to ensure film

gauge, width, transparency, strength, and quality

are within specifications Conduct

in-process quality checks

and make necessary adjustments Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and process issues Maintain clean and safe work area, ensuring

machine cleanliness and basic maintenance

Record production data, downtime, material usage, and other reports as needed Collaborate with maintenance team for

preventive and breakdown maintenance

Follow all

safety standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

10th Pass / ITI / Diploma

in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plastics

2+ years of experience

in blown film extrusion, especially multilayer lines (W&H, Macchi, Reifenhauser, or similar preferred) Knowledge of

resins used in multilayer film

(LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, EVOH, PA, etc.) Ability to understand and follow

technical instructions and job sheets

Basic knowledge of

machine maintenance and safety protocols

Physically fit and willing to work in

shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
