Overall ownership of complete BFL department (end-to-end responsibility)Production planning, control & target achievement for BFLOperation & control of imported & domestic 3/5/7 layer blown film machinesMachine parameter setting, recipe control & process stabilityRecipe preparation & modification - milk filmRecipe preparation & modification - oil pouch filmRecipe preparation & modification - lamination filmProduct additions, modifications & special customer productsRaw material & layer distribution optimizationQuality control & compliance for all BFL productsCustomer quality complaint analysis, RCA & permanent closureInternal quality rejection handling & dispositionEnd-to-end troubleshooting (process / quality / machine)Mechanical troubleshooting & coordinationElectrical & electronic / PLC troubleshootingAudit handling for BFL (BRCGS / ISO / FSSC / customer)Documentation, traceability & audit readinessExcel-based reporting & KPI monitoring for BFLERP / MIS control for production & material in BFLManpower planning, discipline & performance for BFLOperator training, skill matrix & certificationShift coverage (2 shifts) & on-call responsibilityProcurement indents for BFL (RM, spares, consumables)Cost control, yield improvement & scrap reductionNew product development (NPD) in BFLExpansion projects, new machine installation & commissioningOEM, vendor & service engineer coordinationSafety, housekeeping & GMP compliance in BFLProfessional communication & reporting to managementAny other responsibility assigned by management
