Job Title: Blow Moulding Machine Operator

Job Summary

The Blow Moulding Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining blow moulding machines used to manufacture plastic containers and components. The operator ensures production targets are met while maintaining quality standards, safety procedures, and equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate blow moulding machines according to production specifications Load raw materials (resins) and adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards Perform routine machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting Conduct basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines and moulds Record production data, downtime, scrap, and quality checks accurately Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate production issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel Assist with mould changes and machine startups/shutdowns as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating blow moulding machines preferred (Extrusion Blow Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding, or Injection Stretch Blow Moulding) Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and production schedules Knowledge of plastic materials and processing parameters is an advantage Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work shifts, including nights or weekends if required

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift materials or products as required Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Manufacturing/production environment Exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
