Collect blood samples from donors following standard procedures and safety protocols.
Perform blood grouping, crossmatching, antibody screening, and other routine immunohematology tests.
Process, label, store, and maintain blood and blood products according to regulatory guidelines.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate records of all blood bank activities.
Monitor blood inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Conduct quality control checks on reagents, equipment, and blood products.
Follow infection control, biosafety, and quality assurance standards at all times.
Assist in handling emergency blood requests and support clinicians during critical situations.
Operate and maintain blood bank equipment and report any malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH/NABL guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
