Blood Bank Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood collection, grouping, cross-matching, and component separation Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of blood units Maintain cold chain and regulatory standards in the blood bank Assist in donor screening, counseling, and phlebotomy Comply with NABH and NACO guidelines for safe transfusion practices

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BSc MLT) Certification/Training in Blood Bank Technology (preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a licensed blood bank Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, NACO, NABH) Good communication and record-keeping skills

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
