Blood Bank Technician

Eligibility Criteria:

DMLT / B.Sc. MLT from a recognized institution (Paramedical Council of Kerala registration is mandatory) Certification in Blood Bank Technology preferred Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with internship experience may also apply) Knowledge of NABH standards related to blood transfusion services is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

Blood collection, grouping, cross-matching, and component preparation Strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory guidelines Coordinate with clinicians and ensure timely availability of safe blood
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
