Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collect and label blood samples from donors or patients. Perform blood grouping, cross-matching, and screening tests. Ensure proper storage and inventory management of blood units. Maintain accurate records of donors, blood stock, and test results. Prepare blood components (plasma, platelets, etc.) as per requirements. Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols. Assist during blood donation camps and coordinate with hospital departments. Calibrate and maintain blood bank equipment regularly.
Qualification :
DMLT / B.Sc. in MLT or equivalent qualification.Male candidate preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
