Prepare and execute the

to ensure achievement of agreed business results.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, NGOs, and corporate partners.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's reach and impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
.
3-5 years of experience in
business development, sales, or partnerships
(experience in healthcare, NGO, or social impact sectors is an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
