Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative

Blogger Outreach Executive

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bloggers, influencers, and website owners to promote our brand and increase our online visibility through strategic outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify high-quality blogs and websites for outreach opportunities. Develop and execute blogger outreach strategies to generate backlinks and brand mentions. Create personalized outreach emails and follow up with prospects. Maintain and update a database of outreach contacts and track communication. Negotiate collaborations and guest posting opportunities. Monitor the performance of outreach campaigns and prepare detailed reports. Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align outreach strategies with overall goals. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in blogger outreach and digital PR.

Requirements:

Proven experience in blogger outreach, link building, or digital PR. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Experience with outreach tools like BuzzStream, Hunter.io, Ahrefs, or similar. Basic understanding of SEO and how backlinks influence rankings. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, organized, and a good team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience working in a digital marketing agency or SEO firm. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Google Analytics.
