Job Title: Blockchain Trainer (BCA & BSc Students)

Netcraftz Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Blockchain Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training for BCA and BSc students. The trainer will be responsible for conducting on-site sessions at colleges in Bangalore and equipping students with practical blockchain knowledge aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom-based training on Blockchain fundamentals and applications.

Explain concepts such as Blockchain architecture, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Smart Contracts, Cryptography, and Decentralized Applications (DApps).

Conduct hands-on sessions using relevant tools and platforms.

Design and deliver practical exercises, mini-projects, and case studies.

Customize training content based on student level and academic curriculum.

Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects.

Provide guidance on career pathways and industry use cases of blockchain.

Coordinate with the academic team and college representatives for smooth session delivery.

Share session reports and feedback after completion of training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Blockchain technology and related frameworks.

Experience with Smart Contracts (Solidity preferred) is an added advantage.

Prior experience training college/degree students is mandatory.

Freelance training experience is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Compensation:

Payment based on session duration / hours conducted (Industry standard rates).
