We are looking for a seasoned Blockchain SME to support the design and implementation of decentralized solutions. The role involves working with various blockchain platforms, smart contract development, and integrating blockchain with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Design and implement blockchain architectures and decentralized applications (DApps).


Develop smart contracts using platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, or Polygon.


Define consensus algorithms and token economics.


Set up blockchain infrastructure, including nodes and networks.


Ensure security through cryptographic techniques and secure design.


Integrate blockchain solutions with APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.


Lead DevOps practices for blockchain deployment.


Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.


Translate business requirements into secure and scalable blockchain solutions.

Skills

Must have


Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 to 5 years in blockchain solution design, architecture, and implementation.


Expertise in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, or Polygon, with hands-on experience in smart contract development.


Strong proficiency in programming languages (Solidity, Go, Java, Python, or Rust) for blockchain application development.


Proven ability to design decentralized applications (DApps), consensus algorithms, and token economics (utility tokens, NFTs, stablecoins).


Experience in blockchain infrastructure setup, including nodes, networks, and security frameworks.


Deep understanding of cryptography, hashing algorithms, digital signatures, and encryption techniques.


Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, and data pipelines.


Hands-on experience with DevOps, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for blockchain deployment.


Strong experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring of engineering teams.


Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into secure blockchain solutions.
