Collaborate with product, engineering, and external partner teams to define and execute integration roadmaps (bridges, rollups, sidechains).
Design and develop blockchain adapters (RPC, WebSocket) and integration layers to interface with blockchain nodes and APIs.
Implement cross-chain interoperability solutions, such as bridge validators, atomic swaps, rollups (zk-rollups, optimistic rollups), and asset transfers.
Optimize node infrastructure and back-end services for high throughput, low latency, high reliability and observability (logging, alerting, monitoring).
Troubleshoot integration issues, resolve technical blockers, and serve as a liaison between internal engineering teams and external partners or ecosystems.
Develop and maintain developer-facing tooling, documentation, SDKs, sample code, and developer experience initiatives to support blockchain integrations.
Stay informed about emerging blockchain technologies, consensus mechanisms, cryptography, L1/L2 architectures, and advise on adoption and best practices.
Ensure integration solutions meet security, compliance, performance and scalability standards.

Qualification & Certification:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:
Proven professional experience (e.g., 3-5+ years) in software development, with at least 1-2 years focused on blockchain or distributed ledger technology (for senior roles more years).
Experience with blockchain platforms: e.g., Ethereum/EVM chains, Hyperledger, Corda, Solana, others.
Experience in integration work: APIs, RPC/WebSocket, Web3 tools, micro services, containers/DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), monitoring/observability.
