About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Blockchain Developer

with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying blockchain-based applications. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of smart contracts, decentralized architectures, and blockchain security best practices.
A major advantage will be prior experience working on

recruitment or HR-based blockchain systems

(e.g., verifiable credentials, decentralized identities, candidate verification, on-chain resume tracking, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop

secure and scalable blockchain applications

. Build and deploy

smart contracts

(Solidity / Rust / relevant stack). Work on

Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Hyperledger

, or similar blockchain ecosystems. Integrate blockchain components with backend services and databases. Implement on-chain/off-chain data management strategies. Optimize smart contract performance, gas usage, and transaction efficiency. Conduct code reviews, security audits, and vulnerability assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, product). Document technical workflows and maintain system architecture diagrams. Troubleshoot and debug blockchain-related issues in production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of professional blockchain development experience

(hands-on). Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals: Consensus algorithms Decentralized networks Cryptography Wallets, signatures, private/public key systems Expertise in at least one blockchain programming language:

Solidity, Rust, Go, or Node.js for blockchain nodes

Experience building

DApps

,

smart contracts

, and

token standards

(ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155). Knowledge of

web3.js, ethers.js

, or similar Web3 libraries. Experience with

IPFS, The Graph, Layer-2 scaling

, or bridging protocols. Strong understanding of

security best practices

(reentrancy, overflow, access control). Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments.

Preferred / Bonus Experience

Worked on a

recruitment-focused blockchain product

, such as: Blockchain-based hiring platforms On-chain candidate data verification Decentralized identity solutions (DID) Credential verification using blockchain Experience with Node.js, Next.js, or backend APIs for blockchain integration. Knowledge of enterprise blockchain frameworks (Hyperledger Fabric, Corda).
