About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Blockchain Developer

to join our on-site team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

smart contract development, blockchain integrations, and decentralized application (DApp) architecture

, along with strong knowledge of

Ether.js

and related blockchain frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy

smart contracts

using Solidity. Integrate blockchain functionality into web and mobile applications using

Ether.js

or

Web3.js

. Build and maintain

DApps

and blockchain-based platforms. Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless blockchain integration. Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and maintain secure coding practices. Stay up to date with the latest blockchain trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

in blockchain development. Proficiency in

Solidity, Ether.js, Web3.js

, and

Node.js

. Strong understanding of

Ethereum

,

smart contracts

,

NFTs

, and

DeFi protocols

. Familiarity with

IPFS, Truffle, Hardhat,

or similar tools. Knowledge of

cryptography principles

and

blockchain security standards

. Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

Layer 2 solutions

or

multi-chain development

. Knowledge of

React.js

or

Next.js

for DApp front-end integration. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Local candidates from
